Hondo H7600 FY Strat Style ElectricHondo
Are you concerned that you're just not being noticed at your gigs? Well, this Hondo H7600 will make damn sure that you never go unnoticed again. You'll have to hand out sunglasses at the door, otherwise, when the stage lights hit this baby, you'll sear your audience's corneas. This Hondo H7600 was likely manufactured between 1986-1987 at the Samick factory in Korea and is typical of the above average quality of entry level guitars being produced at the time. This Hondo feels solid and substantial, coming in at 8 lb. 8 oz. Other features of this guitar are very much in line with an 80's "S" style guitar. These include a maple neck with a mid-60's medium "C" profile, three single coil pickups, 5 way switch, stinger headstock and the Day Glo Yellow finish. The overall condition is pretty good for the vintage. There are the assorted dings, chips, impressions and scratches that are common on 30 year old instruments. There are a couple of paint-like blotches on the headstock. These look like they can be removed with a bit of elbow grease. Surprisingly, the frets show minimal wear. So...How's it sound? I'll give you one guess.
